Crossfire 5700HD's
Windows 7 62bit

Hello and Thank You to all who take the time to help!

After I complete "Haestrom - Quarian Landing Zone" The new level starts and I begin in the briefing room. All the audio works just great, I know I can move around too because I can hear the character running. The problem is the screen is completely black. NO graphics at all! I can press "ESC" and the quick menu comes into sight just fine. I can even go back to the main menu and it works 100%. But the new level simply shows no graphics at all when I load it. I've tried replaying it and it still doesn't work.

P.S. All Drivers updated, Roled Back, and Updated Again. No fix their....

I would really appriciate the help!

I know this is going to sound counterproductive, but neither Crossfire nor SLI is quite as stable and dependable as choosing the same performance level with a single, more powerful video card.  What happens when you disable the Crossfire and run with just one card, on an older driver than the very newest?

I tried both of your suggestions and sadly. Its still not working. Remember that the game starts up 100%, main menu works 100%, and the quick menu works 100%... but its just when I start that mission that all the graphics vanish and it goes completely black(everything else works fine audio, keyboard, windows7). I never updated/changed the drivers since I bought this game or changed anything related to graphics on my computer. This is a major bummer..

I wouldn't think it would load at all if a corrupted file was involved; nevertheless, the best I can suggest is to re-install (or verify the installation via your Direct Download client).

I disagree because w/ multiple files, can come multiple corruptions. Its only the one level where all graphics are disappearing. I would love to hear from one of their techs!

What ever the problem was, it was fixed by uninstalling and doing a clean install! That may be the solution for a lot of the problems out there!

Hi!-while ur on that subject i have the same problem at the end of the collecter level-the cine film comes on(escape out of area one)-loading screen comes up...then end level screen showing achievments comes up no prob!

Then it goes black screen-i can hear my footsteps and sound is okay-pressing escape brings up menus etcc---

i noticed though that faces are missing in Squad level up section??

reloading does nothing-messed around with resolution doesnot help and upuntill this point game is running fine???

Help or am i reinstalling game!!!

if i re install then i have to start from scratch or can i save my level and character??
