After i had finished overlord 2 times(insane and easy) on my xbox there is write 54/54 but on my total gamescore i has 15 less g so i checked xbox.com the last achiements(15g) it doesn't show up(53/54) my xbox does
so 
15g less but i have all achievements

I have the same problem except both of my achievements have the problem!

I also got this problem, both achievements unlocked in game however on my profile they're locked and i can't unlock them in game again.

I just noticed I am having the same issue!

Same issue here too, finished today on insanity and one achievement is missing (collect 6 intel for Cerberus 10 points), but the achievement appeared in the game and at the dashboard and on xbox live website it is missing!!!
