[Tarumigan]

I recently bought a new PC. I had Dragon Age Origins (without the expansion) on the previous
one. I had a special edition of the game which included Shale, as well
as a card which included two special gear items. Unfortunately, I lost the instruction booklet and the card (meaning
my key is gone), though I still possess the disc. I decided to purchase a new
copy of the game to install on the new machine, but it appears the new
copy does not have Shale in it. I am honestly not sure how to address this...can someone from Bioware suggest a course of action for me to undertake to resolve this situation?
