Agreed.  Honestly, Kaidan is the only one I feel bad about leaving.  Liara is all too quick to put her own agenda ahead of your own.  I didn't read Redemption, so I could be missing something there.  And Ash is Ash.  If she shows up in ME3 with both Warp and Overload, then we'll see if I feel guilty.

I don't feel bad cheating on him. He's just as big a jerk as Ash was a b*tch.

I can see where your coming from and its nice to see your faithful, but what I would really like to know is your argument behind your opinion of wether or not its cheating, give a few reasons as to why you think that way. Dude, that a terrible point. Some people like myself didn't even known they were making a squeal, let a alone newer and better love interests. Hardly a reason to punish Mass Effect one players who don't want to start over game just for that.

Lol. What are you talking about? I'm having a discussion about it at this very moment in the character discussion group in my sig. It's a popular topic.

It's kind of difficult having two discussions about the same thing at once, posting your arguments in two places.

I was just making a passing comment, telling others not to let people hate on them about their decisions too much. But sorry if it bugged you.

No, you have a terrible point. Mass Effect was announced as a trilogy from the start, and if you couldnt tell there was gonna be a sequel from the ending, thats just sad.

How is my point terrible? I didn't get the game tell seven months before Mass Effect 2. Regardless if its a trilogy know one knew what would happen in Mass Effect 2 until weeks before it came out, so my point still stands. Someone who played Mass Effect One should not be penalize for not knowing meta game knowledge.

[/quote] I stand by this point, although you may or may not have known there would be a sequel nobody knew that there would be better LI's, I was surprised Tali was romancable with her envirosuit and all, and when I saw Miranda I was like daaaaaaaamn! and once I talked to her turns out beneath that icy exterior she is actually brillant and beautiful on the inside. Which might sound cheesy, if you were thinking that I have to agree, but I stand by what I said, anyway please stop arguing, there isn't much point in it, no offense, but thankyou for your contribution all the same.

I didn't know it was a trilogy when I bought it.

Even when I got the news about Mass Effect 2 I had already beat it more times than I liked to think about.

That really pissed me off. Van Dam shows up and jobs to Sting for 15 mins, so Hogan can have his moment.

On topic: I don't under stand the problem. Ash/Kaidan tell you to shove it, Liara is the only one who still loved you. (and don't give me the "They apologized in an e-mail" bs) It only seams like cheating if Liara is your LI.
