Ok rolled back to 190.62.
Fixed this problem, now I have another one... :/

The graphics corruption only happened once in 2 hours and automatically fixed itself 5 minutes after it happened.

However now I am getting random crashes. I crashed 5 times then suddenly I was fine and could play for hours. I might try going to the 195 drivers and see what happens.

*edit* NVM problem still persists. :( I'll try the 195 drivers and post back.

Also Thanks Chandler, I fully updated my comp 2 weeks ago, and whenever I get the BSOD it indicates the Nvidia driver as the source of the problem. Also the 8600GT don't seem to play nice with DA:O as a few people I know have the same card and the same problems.

The thing about drivers and updating them is one needs to approach it with eyes wide open.

Updating video drivers is certainly substantial but it's only a piece of a much larger construction in a well maintained system:

Update your video driver to the latest  (Check the manufacturers web site)
Update your sound driver to tha latest (Check the manufacturers web site)

The tougher ones:
Update your chipset drivers. Motherboard manufacturer will have the latest, but sometimes safer/easier to check the company that manufactured the system though not as effective.
Update your network drivers. Motherboard manufacturer or network card manufacturer will have the latest, but sometimes safer/easier to check the company that manufactured the system though not as effective.
Update your mouse drivers
Update your SATA drivers
Update your ACPI drivers
Update your attached peripheral drivers or remove the from your system temporarily while you diagnose.
Last but not least, if all else has failed, update your BIOS

Okay so I updated to 195 beta drivers and they definitely helped.

In around 5+ hours of gameplay 2 graphical glitches happened and I was able to safely alt-tab to get rid of the glitch. I crashed to the desktop twice as well, all while I was in dialog screens so that may be a separate issue. I also no longer get BSOD as well so that's certainly a plus.

Another thing I noticed was that some areas are more prone to glitches then other, the above glitches mentioned all happened in Warden's Keep. I started both a human and dwarf origin story and neither starting towns had glitched in the 2 or so hours I was in them. Hopefully a patch or a Nvidia driver is released in the future that can minimize the problem further.

I also tried Crysis, Stalker, Gothic 3, to see if the glitch happened there as well. (To check if it was my card.) and nothing so I'm thinking it's a DA:O specific problem. Hope to play around a bit more to see.
