I don't wanna go OT but I regard the revenant AR as a beast to be loved... to upgrade it would be to give Soldiers a death ray? i don't know.. revenant is pretty solid imo.

The only new weapon I can see the developers introducing would be a new pistol. Perhaps releasing the Incisor sniper rifle to everyone. If they released some improved version of the Widow or the Revenant, game over, man.

I had wondered if the developers could introduce new powers -- obviously, Shepard can use Kasumi's flashbang grenade. But I wonder if they could ever add to the powers your squadmates use. Probably would only do that if they ever increased the level cap, though.

I want the DLC where you can get various musical instruments with your squad and get the band back together.

A new pistol would be nice.

Other than that we've got some pretty good weapons...maybe a new sniper rifle since the Viper is so weak that I always return to the Mantis or wait until getting the Widow.

I'd like to redefine the extra ammo arm armor piece too. Instead of a paltry 10% rounded down as it is now (Mantis gets no additional shot) it gives one new clip. Mantis would get one exact shot, Hand Cannon would get 5 shots, and the like.

does anyone have a link or something for the source files evidence that was mentioned to support the future liara dlc theory?

Halo Reach has SPACE COMBAT! YAY!

...oh wait, did you mean think about the next DLC release?

In that case I think that it would make sense that they would keep up the two month schedule, but it could change depending on the size of the DLC. A smaller one could be released earlier, whereas a larger one could be pushed back past August.

I know, it's amazing, isn't it? Makes me wonder if Mass Effect 3 will have space combat... Though I'm not sure how good it would be, since the Halo:Reach team has that guy Sage who worked on Crimson Skies...

Anyway, I'm going off topic. I hope we have some DLC a little earlier than August, as we haven't had any free content on CN for a while now, not since the Arc Projector... We never got that suit of armor in the screenshot, nor the M-29 Incisor rifle that everyone on 360 has been asking for...

Wait, Reach has that kind of space combat.

Totally going to get Reach now.

DLC is supposed to start being post-game content meaning stories that occur between the end of ME2 and the start of ME3.

said that they would use expansions to do that, and that they would be
released closer to the release of ME3. So that would answer what you're
looking for then :)

Really? I missed that.

If thats the case then it makes sense.  I speculated somewhere that such a thing would ideally come out if they hired back the VA's and what better time to do that then when recording the voice work for ME 3.

Yeah, this would be nice, but I would like to more armor customization pack, but not just 3 items. How about a pack of six to seven. Come on now.

If you look at the patterns, the Dragon Age Origins DLC has been released every other month. It seems like the ME2 is following that same pattern, Kasumi was april, Overlord was June. So that would make the next one August. It could be possibly the Liara DLC that people have found source files for, or it could be another DLC. Either way, it looks like it will be August. What do you guys think?

kind of confused about the Liara DLC but it does seem fit in the game we don't know how Liara got shepred body from the shadow brooker i hope this does get released in august but we will see when august get here

Actually we do know how Liara got Shepard's body from SB. This fabled DLC will deal with killing SB or something similar.

Addressing the Kasumi screen, the waepon is *definitely* the M-5. The only question is, when & what is the different or special ability it has? I would love to see explosive rounds, but w/ a 2 second delay. Or some type of special targeting or something.

Well assuming that Bioware continues their typical pattern regarding guns....

The M-5 will reduce the 1.5 armor multiplier that heavy pistols typically have in favor of a more balanced profile. They'll probably say the gun has some sort of phasic jacketing or electricity(disruption) capability boosting its ability to penetrate shields. Burst-fire would be an interesting addition, but seems a bit odd for a heavy pistol.

8 or 9-bullet clip
x1.35 vs Armor
x1.15 vs Shields
x1.15 vs Barriers

It certainly looks like a mini Arc Projector doesn't it?

Personally, I hope Bioware just does an offensive tools pack:
M-5 Heavy Pistol, M-29 Incisor, M-490 Blackstorm + Terminus Armor

Or something similar.

So I take it no ones interested in the Liara DLC? Even after the files? I hope it's either that, or another appearance pack. But instead of only 3 squaddies, the entire rest of the team gets new outfits.

-Polite

I was under the impression that the Liara DLC got cancelled. I mean it says cut in the files. And if it is going to be released I bet Liara will just be a quest giver.
