Nothing improves the hovercraft like the mako! Honestly I'm sure people gave this type of list on the ME forms and they responded by taking the vehicle out so if you tell them to adjust the hovercraft they'll take it out. I think it's quite evenly split on who loves the hovercraft and who loves the mako both need tweaking to make them great. I just think BW should open up the Volus used ship dealer on the Citadel and allow players to pick which vehicle they use both have the option of landing on planets it's just mako will go where the hovercraft can't and vis versa the same planet design can be made to be free roaming for both species of craft.



For instance they both land in roughly the same spot then hovercraft floats for a bit finds a canyon and jumps it to go do its thing while the mako can scale mountains or go down into caverns and caves the mako will let you get out anywhere you darm well choose to, while the hovercraft will keep you until BW says you get to get off the ride.

HH is not a tank. so use it like u should, hard fast strikes. if ur fighting a frontal battle in the HH then its ur own fault when it blows. only thing i need is a machine gun and higher hover boost.

I love my mako and my HH so naturally I would want both in ME3 I also want a gunship and a fighter but only if they can implement it correctly

How would getting out of a fighter work though? Have we seen any fighters in the ME universe?

I suppose the merc dropships could be used as for that purpose, they shouldn't be too much larger than the current vehicles in the Normandy 2 ... though I'm not familiar with any flight in ME2 other than the HH's little hops (there was a shuttle ride in DLC, was that free-flight?). In any case, I preferrred the Mako as a ground assault vehicle to the missile-launching mosquito in ME2(though a dragonfly could likely replace the hammerhead... hehe), but the terrain on some worlds could be less ridiculously inclined for side missions. I did like the types of missions provided for the hammerhead though, vehicle sectionswere a good idea- BW just hasn't found the right balance yet.

I can't be bothered to find the codex page for the flamethrower (it exists, as one of the Zaeed labeled codex pages). It should burn synthetics (or perhaps melt them), I am sure it burns at a temperature higher then the melting point of whatever the geth are made of.

As I've said in similar threads, there is absolutely no point in making the Hammerhead upgradable when it's only used in six missions. Hell, even the Mako didn't have upgrades. The best that one had was that if you had a high talent score on 'Electronics' or something, the reperations would go faster.

So I say as much as interesting upgrades would be, it's a big waste of time until the Hammerhead gets more (meaningful) screenplay.

we wouldnt have to get out of it they could have certain missions or side missions where we could use a fighter or gunship which would apease those who want space combat.  as for have we seen one yes there are a few sitting in one of the Side Quests in ME2, I think the one with the protheon artafact but i am not sure.

How about an upgrade to inflict damage when running enemies over. Hammerhead only knocks them down now.

I'm pretty sure that you can kill enemies by ramming them with the Hammerhead, but it depends on how much health they have left, like it did with the Mako.  I for one find it very fun to propel Geth off of cliffs and into acid.  :devil:

I'd rather be rid of the Hammerhead and see a return of the Mako with the handling physics done properly. It looked like a futuristic moon rover, reminded me of a childhood space toy I had. The Hammerhead? Reminds me of the Manta from Unreal Tourney, and not in a good way.

I'd go for it.  I wanted to love the hammerhead but I hate it.  I don't do any of the extra missions if I have to use it, except Overlord and that one I just do whatever I have to, to get from one place to another.  

It would help a little if I could save more often.  I get fustrated when I have to start over and over and over.
