Dragon Age modules can be found under Projects. It is here that files can be uploaded and downloaded once folks start making content. So to answer your question, you're on the site where DA modules can be found. This is the Dragon Age Social Site, designed for that very reason.

Well, there are a few mods here already - look under "Projects" ..... Hopefully BioWare will do a bit of redesign so it will be easier to find what people are looking for, but for now there are not that many projects done... the game has only been out for a few days.

I definitely hope Bioware improves the file download section of this site. At the moment it's hard to differentiate between downloadable files and work in progress.
