Bioware Checkout - Internal Error

Whenever I attempt to get into points.bioware.com to purchase points to get DLC for DA and ME2 I get the following error:
"Internal Error.
The server encountered an error and could not complete your request.
If the problem persists, please report your problem and mention this
error message and the query that caused it."

I have attempted everything I can think of - updating my account location details, attempting to add a credit card billing account, even changing the email the account is registered to.

Tried it on three computers with firefox, internet explorer and chrome, so its not a browser or cache issue.

Any ideas for something I've missed?

The same thing happened to me. Try to contact someone from Bioware support and they should be able to fix it for you like they did for me.

I tried contacting the technical support listed on the page.



It now stands head and shoulders above all others as my worst tech support experience ever - ending when they linked me to a generic troubleshooting for fixing this problem... from the server side.

It probably was EA Support Chat. They can't help you with this problem because it is a site error. Try to get in contact with a moderator of this subforum and explain them your problem or wait until one of them reads this thread.

I'm having the same error, been having it since January. How do I find a moderator? Do you know the username of any so that I can message them?
