Mass Effect 1 - 8 times on anything except Vanguard and Adept
Mass Effect 2 - 9 times on anything except Vanguard and Adept

Most are Insanity, some are Hardcore or Normal (for speed runs). The extra 1 is from an Insanity speed run with a New Game Infiltrator Shepard.

 Um yeah i don't remember how many times for either game... and I can't check it on my game saves because when transferring my some of my content to my new xbox 360 S from my old one, i accidentally deleted my gamer profile and all files associated with it... so no more ME or ME2 saves.  and yes i've already kicked myself for it.

on the bright side I wanted to create a new character for ME1 and take him all the way to ME3 eventually.

Nice, I got 320 hours on ME2. Don't really know how many times I actually beat it, must be a dozen times at least. Strangely enough with the same character all the time, I just like my Sheploo.

ME 1 lost count. Lost bunch of saves when old computer died. I can say I've done 3.5 runs so far this year
