Wow, some of you guys are hardcore.
ME: 3 or 4 times, I forget.
ME2: 3 times so far.
They keep adding DLC, too. So rather than keep replaying piecemeal I think I'm going to do what someone else mentioned: download everything pre-ME3 then play it before the release date.

ME1: 3 times (I found the 2nd and 3rd play-through was torturous to get through)
ME2: 17 times? I only played through 4 times without resorting to using the Gibbed editor for minerals and credits otherwise I'd have spend 10+ hours per play-through just farming...
I played through the suicide mission more than 20 times but I imagine most people did that as well in order to try and get certain outcomes e.g. only ME1 characters survive.

ME1: Probably like 4 times (although I was only able to import one saved character)
ME2: 9 or 10 times from what I can remember. First 4 runs to get the 50/51 achievements, another few to get some of the special dialogue, and one more to regain the (now) 53/54 achievements (and the Geth Pulse Rifle).
