Pretty simple really. Have you fixed your Terms of Sale so it says credit card purchases are charged as a cash advance, or have you fixed your purcashing software to charge credit cards normally instead of as a cash advance.

Considering charging as a cash advance with out proper written ToS is illegal, I really need to know this before trying to purchase anything considering the hassle I was put through last time.

Fell free to answer to the any of the three EA cases this account logged, or the Bioware case that was logged and never answered to tell me whether the software has been upgraded or the ToS has been amended to advise of non-normal credit card transactions if you don't want to post in an open fourm.
