I'm casting my vote on anamatronic krogan.  looks so good, very lifelike.  There's just a...charm that's lost when you just use 3D models instead of an actual puppet.  Just look at the old star wars and ninja turtles movies.  (check out her other videos, she's got a pretty badass commander shepard outfit going too)
