you know i think that might be the problem ,but it just logs me in. it never asks for my email, i dont think it ever did.

It might not but at one point you had to attach your Gamertag to an EA account using an e-mail address and if those two e-mail addresses aren't the same the uploading won't work. If you go to the EA profile page (see the FAQ for a link) and login with the same information you use here, if there's no sign of a DA related Xbox persona that's probably it. You will have to create a new account here using the existing Gamertag option or speak to EA live support about transferring your Gamertag to your account of choice.
