Well since everyone else already listed the big stuff...

Tell me what happened between Jacob and Miranda. In detail. Like who left who. And why. And when. And how. And what Miranda's promise was that she kept. And what she's omitting with her "selective memory".

Details. Details.

Regarding what happened between these two... I prefer less information :D

3. What is the mistery on the dark energy and dying suns.

The mystery is how it ages them. Dark energy just espandes the universe from what I understand. If you want to age a start just put iron into it. Iron ages stars super quick, they explode a few miliseconds after they create it.

I get nerd rage about stuff like that. FTL makes me nerd rage too.

Many mysteries are so telegraphed I won't bother listing them. I desperately wanted to know/ask Miranda...

How long has the current TIM held the position? I know he recruited Miranda "at a young age" but that tells us nothing about TIM's job history - which would give Shepard a great deal of perspective.

Is the Cerberus donor funding from the military complex a few individuals or now Alliance policy?  That little statement is serious speculation fodder.  Did the Cerberus/Alliance relationship shift between the games, or are a few individuals within the Alliance helping on a personal-mission level?

Pretty much what's been listed here. I'd like to emphasize one thing, though: Who exactly is the Illusive Man and how did he end up like this?

He was part of the Rebel Alliance and a traitor!  Take him away!

I'd like to go to the prothean ruins on Mars that led to humanities ascension to the galactic community. I'd also like to see the shadow broker get involved which leads to his identity being revealed.

2. What lies on the other side of the Citadel relay.

Yeah, I asked that myself by creating a thread a couple of months ago, have a look:

http://social.biowar...index/1456373/1

I logically assumed that there is another Citadel-type structure, called it the "Dark Citadel".  A pretty good original discussion.  :D

3.- Who's the Shadow Broker?

WTF ME2 was all about.

It was a buddy game. It was all about bonding and togetherness and sticking it to the man or not..sticking it.

I'd like to know why no one cared that Sheppard was alive...after being dead 2 years. Not even a shocked look...

I think this is easy. Tali atleast was genuinely shocked to see you. As for the rest, TIM took care of it by "accidentally leaking" something to the world. Probaply left such small details like your death away and instead made other excuses for Shepards dissappearence, but made it very clear that you are now back and have ties with Cerberus.

1. Kasumi's grey box. Curious to know what the info is that could bring down alliance

2. Miranda's father

3. Liara and Shadow broker

4. Dark energy. Both Tali and Giana mentioned it, so I suppose it will be important in ME3. If anything, it may hold to key to defeat the reaper. Haha, i think i just figured out the central plot of ME3. DARK ENERGY.

And he can't falsely declare himself dead? :?

Anyway, it's just a theory. Like the one that says Aria is Aleena, just less strong.

Well, I suppose. But even if he wasn't dead, the fact that you only find out about him by doing a sidequest leads me to believe that he won't play a major role in ME3 (unless its another sidequest)

The Dark Energy thing DID seem pretty major (but was quickly forgotten). I hope this means that in ME3 it will come back and play a major role. I like the theory that the Reapers were created to wipe out sentient life because use of the Mass Effect Accelerators causes, over 50 000 years, the displacement of Dark Energy. So much so that the entire galaxy is at risk.

The Beings Of Light created the Reapers to initiate this process initially to just control the use of Mass Effect fields throughout the galaxy, but they turned on their creators (a nice parallel to the Geth) deciding to rather exterminate all life and they had an all out war. The Reapers won and the remaining Beings Of Light retreated into hiding while the Reapers destroyed all known life.

Now the time has come for them to reveal themselves once more and provide Shepard with the clues he needs to defeat the Reapers once and for all... Hopefully including a trip to the Mars ruins for something too!

When ME3 comes up, what are the mysteries you wish to see that getting solved?
My primary wish list is this:

1.    Who is the Shadow Broker is?
2.    Who is Illusive Man (actual name and his background etc.)?
3.    Who is Father of Miranda?

What is your "wish list of mysteries"?

1. The Council
2. Armistan Banes
3. Bartender Aethyla

I wish to know what the Shifty looking Cow really is.

I want to know who created the Reapers.

I want to know what Ashley's sister thinks of me after I got her killed on Virmire.

I wish to know the Turian and Salarian Councillors' names.

I want to know why it HAS to be organic forms of life that the Reapers need to harvest so they can make more of themselves.

I want to know why the Reapers never decided on just going out there and strip-mining every planet instead.

And I want to see Tali's face already! GOSH! <_<

Hmmm, what mystery would I like to solve in ME3?

How to eat a raw onion without getting indigestion.

How about, how Shepard drinks through his helmet?

I also want to see a complete human reaper.  Each reaper is based on the race that it was made from.  Comparing Sovereign and the Protheans/Collectors, they dont seem too similar.  I want to know exactly what they copy and what they change.
