When i first bought Mass Effect 2 I joined the Cerberus Network and downloaded the arc projector, but now on my account it does not say that i have registered to Cerberus, even though I can log on to it when I boot up Mass Effect 2. Can anyone help?

Same here, downloaded every free DLC on forehand, but the ****ing login screen tells me that the key-code is already in use. I've been loyal to Bioware and I actually bought their game. I wish they could do the same for their ****ing customers and make this broken system work!

When you first start the game, does it log? If not, make sure you are using the username and password for this site. If that still does not work, I would add an exception to your firewall so Mass Effect 2 can connect to the Cerberus Network.
