Problem with promotional downloads. Please help!

Can someone a little bit more expertised than I please help me with this problem I
have. I'm kinda stuck. You see, I bought myself a copy of DAO a few days ago, and it
works fine, except that I can't get the Dragon Blood Armor nor the "Stone Prisoner" pack that I'm supposed
to get. I've entered the promo codes on my account, the site tells me it works, I registered the game
and it shows up amongst my registered game promotions, and it's
supposed to automatically turn up amongst my downloadable content (right?) but
it doesn't. Do any of you guys know what to do? 

Honestly, I feel kinda cheated (:crying:) , so any help you can offer is greatly appreciated. Please help soon!

BTW, the Blood Dragon Armor works well on my ME2, so it can't be my code or account or anything.

i bought digital deluxe edition, i can download and use Memory Band, Warden's Keep, Band of Fire. But just like you I can't get the Dragon Blood Armor nor the "Stone Prisoner". I cant both on DLC and online profile page. I agree to, we are cheated. EA and BIOWARE, that sucks. Find solution asap.

Hopefully we can find some help, If not, I'm going to write to someone at Bioware or EA about this, for this is not how it's supposed to be. I also advise you, and anyone else with the same problem, to do the same.

Ok, I got it. No problem. All I had to do was going into the Dragon Age Configuration, Repair and clear all downloads. Start the game again and the DLC will start downloading.

Still, I shouldn't have had to do that. Bad Bioware! ( hits bioware staff on the nose with a rolled up newspaper ); don't ever do that again!

I try everything in that forum but I have a different problem. I havent see my downloadable contents also on my online profile too. i bought digital deluxe edition, i can only download and use Memory Band, Warden's Keep, Band of Fire. But I can't get the Dragon Blood Armor nor the "Stone Prisoner".


I still havent got any reply and solve this problem. EA and Bioware dont cares about my problem. I think I will never buy anything from these companies again.

Have you redeemed all the codes for your DLCs? If some of the codes are missing, you should contact the support of the distributor from which you bought the game.

From the looks of it, you're missing the two codes for Blood Dragon Armor and The Stone Prisoner. I have seen this problem before. Look into this thread: http://social.biowar...8/index/2840706. Two people with the same problem there and the solution was to contact the support of the distributor.

I'm only laughing. Have you read the messages on that topic that you send m8? Why am I have buy this contents again? Do you think am I stupid? I already gave more money and bougth a copy of digital deluxe edition which includes that contents already. Look the guy how he solve his problem. If EA cant solve my problem so they are cheaters, swindlers, fakers, whatever else.

Additionally, I was contacted via e-mail by a customer service representative who told me that the Blood Dragon Armor and Stone Prisoner unlocks had only been available for a limited time, although this was not clearly stated anywhere, adding to the confusion. However, he offered to compensate me with BioWare points so that I could purchase Stone Prisoner and something else instead of the Blood Dragon Armor, but since I had actually received the keys I never took advantage of that. (In retrospect, I should have taken the points anyhow - I guess I'm too much of a Paragon to do that, heh.)

So I got what I wanted, hopefully you will be able to somehow as well. :)

Firstly, calm down. There's no need to be so rude to Arlana, as they're only trying to help.

Secondly, if you don't have the codes then you need to contact whomever you bought it from as they will help. Yes, you may have to repurchase things but if so then you will be compensated accordingly.

None of the posts in that thread suggests that you should buy the content again (they only showed that people have the same problem as you - they were missing the codes) and I haven't suggested it either. "Contacting the distributor" doesn't mean "buying the game again" it only means "calling the store and explaining the problem". Furthermore, the post you're quoting as a solution comes from the same thread. So I don't understand why you've replied in the way you did.

My problem is not with you if you understand that i am rude to you then i am sorry. But also i m angry too. I gave money I bought a service but it is missing and i get sick of this problem. My anger is for EA.
