I purchased the Deluxe Digital version of DA:O from steam.  Everything worked fine, both my CD Key and the Bonus key were registered here on Bioware's site.  The DLC appears here on my profile page but none of it appears in game on the DLC Menu.  The account i am playing on is the same as registered here, not sure what else i need to do.  I would really enjoy having access to the extra content i purchased at premium price. <_< Help.
Other than that the game is fun, bravo bioware!

There are 3 tabs in Downloadable Content: Check all 3 tabs-- Available Content, Download Progress, and Installed Content. Is there anything in any of the 3?



Finally, what does it say on the bottom left of the main menu?

Same issue here... all three tabs are empty, nothing is showing up.

I'm having the exact problem here.
I have disabeled virus programs, firewalls and what not, but i can not get the stuff to show in my game.
I'm using the same account as here and i've patched the game, still.....


Yes i've checked all tabs, tried to log out and in and yes, it says logged in in the bottom of my screen.

It can take a little while some times to actually appear in the game, and there is also a few problems.....This post should give you some things to try:

Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER

Go through your list of services, look for Dragon Age: Origins - Content Updater. Does it exist and is it "Started?"

YES!, it all worked, well, seems i'm missing one MEMORY BAND, WARDEN'S KEEP BERGEN'S HONOR, GRIMORE OF THE FROZEN WASTES & FINAL REASON.

The package i bought said those items would come with it.

Also, if you start a new character, will all previous save game go away, as , you need to stick to your newly created charater story?

Then your update service was stopped again. Make sure it runs when playing DAO.

Yea, that worked, for the loading game part, still the rest of my items is missing, it's not even showing up on my character game profile or what you call it again, you think maybe the support dude did something wrong?
