Mortal kombat. the movie was kickass but the ending just made me go WTF?



I hope the new movie goes into production.

Transformers 2 had the biggest Dues ex machina ending ever with that silly Jet fire fusion God mode crap. Ruined the already terrible movie.

I loved everything in "Signs". But Lady in the Water and The Happenning had crap beginnings, middles, and ends.

All of the M. Night Shamalan movie endings were odd but I guess at least consistent. All end with a twist but Signs was the worst of them.

Signs was stupid. And you never got to actually see the aliens.

I thought there was just enough of the creatures to keep them frightening but not give them away prematurely. But that's just me...

@Messy I don't get it....I always loved the ending. Yes, it was odd that the aliens would choose a planet made 78% of a substance that is toxic to them, but the fact that they had the water there by "coincidence" and the things his wife told him upon her death, I though it was well done.

I will admit the whole water thing at the end helped ease the utter fear the beginning put me through. when I was that spike thingy come out of its hand i half heartedly expected the alien to shoot out a spear and say "get over here!"

Never saw Signs, but to contribute, I always hated movies that have a big cliffhanger or that illude to a sequel but they never happen, like the newer Godzilla or Children of Men

Hopefully Legendary Pictures will do better. They are going to have more oversight from TOHO then Emmerich had.
