[Taedirk]

Just purchased DA:O digital deluxe copy (and Awakening, but not downloaded yet) through Steam today.  Spent the day downloading, went through and registered the key for all the extra shinies.  Start game, let DLC download, go to new character creation, flip through all the very shiny options, select my difficulty...

"Unable to Load Area."

All character types I try, DLC enabled and disabled.  Basic system information: Win7 Pro 64bit, ATI 5700ish, Core i3 3ghz, 4gb ram.

Anyone seen this before or have a decent solution?

EDIT: Apparently Steam went DERRRRP! and missed something in the first download.  I rebooted and relaunched Steam to find a 700 MB download waiting for me.  Ran it, rolled a quickstart Human Warrior, and instead of an immediate "Unable to Load Area" I saw hints and an actual loading screen and dialogue!

tl;dr: Restart ftw
