Anyone can list all of their locations? I know of 1 from Circle Tower's Quartermaster, 2 from Ostagar's Quartermaster, 1 from Bodahn's Wares at the Camp, and 1 from Denerim Market's Gorim. Which am I missing?

Talk to the Circle Tower's Quartermaster during or after the Broken Circle quest, he'll have one for sale.Kunikos wrote...

I've heard that someone in Lothering has a bag, anyone can confirm if it is true and who has it?
Yeah, the merchant who is being harassed by the woman about his prices being unfair has one.

You can buy multiple. Each increases your carrying capacity by 10.

And now I think of it, is one really needed. With Ostragar and Redcliff castle I noticed something interesting. When you "clear" it as in beating the final boss, the chests and containers stay there, allowing you to loot them later. So you can make several trips if you need to get all the loot out and sold. The only thing that disappears when you beat the final boss are any remaining mobs you didn't kill.
But I already bought 2 backpacks, but now I need to save. Saving money is so hard in this game.

I bought 2, but they were pricey, then I saw the prices on trainer books. I'll never learn a speciality lol. I'm level 10 with no specialty. I can't afford one.

Try talking to your party members more, and see if they would like to teach you some of what they know.

Hmm... in my travels in Ferelden, I have only come across the bag from the QM in Ostagar, one from Bodahn Feddic in the Party Camp, and one from the QM in the Circle Tower.
There are at least two more; the QM at Ostagar has two (and they're cheap, IIRC) and I think there's one in Orzammar.

Interesting. I have only ever seen 1 for sale at the QM in Ostagar.

This one is funky, when you first get to the camp he has one that you can buy, if you do so he does not get another in that instance, however if you revisit him when you get back at night from your "Wilds" excursion he has another as the silly low price of 60 or 70 ish silver, seems alot at the time but not when they change to 7+ gold for each one I have seen after that.
With all that said I've only found and been able to afford a few so far, inventory's at around 110 or 120 and is starting to really grate with crafting mats.
