I am having a VERY hard time playing with this console FOV right up and close on my computer screen and the normal methods are not changing it for me. Will there be a fix in a patch or has this already been addressed and I am missing something. Really the game is so zoomed in that it hurts my head when I play and I fear I might have to stop if there is no fix.

It feels like 70 and I need at least 90-110 to be a happy gamer :/

Stop playing every now and then is a good idea in any case ;-)

Honestly, I find no problem at all, it's a 3rd-person shooter not 1st-person.

I believe you'll need to look into Coalesced editing. I don't know the proper entries to edit, myself.



A quick google turned up this which suggests that you can actually bind keys to different FOV values. But the link is dead, and the OP unfortunately did not explain what the command(s) you need to bind are.



Good luck. I've had similar difficulties in some games with my own personal enemy, the Camera Bob.

I don't think there is a master fov setting in coalesced unfortunately. You could try binding a key to change the fov (the command is simply "fov xx") but you'd be hitting it constantly, as every time you sprinted or sighted a weapon the fov would revert back to default (which is 70 from what I can tell).

ME2 doesn't have an in-game console.

Fov angle does notthing ingame.
I want to have same FOV in movies and game
