[infinite bias]

I've had this happen to me twice and it's downright dangerous.
I am
90% sure that the cause is shopping at the Bartender in the Gnawed Noble Tavern
and buy poultices there(maybe this isn't even neccessary). Not only will
you not receive any it will magically make all of your inventoried
poultices except potent ones (for some reason) disappear. I haven't played this game that long and already had it happen twice so I'm guessing I'm not the only who's experienced this little "theft".
Trying to fight Flemeth and realizing you only have 1 potent health poultice for the entire party...not pretty =S
