Hi, I'm a guy from Sweden trying to use my secure bankcard to buy bioware points and I've ran into a bit of a problem. You see, I start at the Bioware checkout, I choose the offer I want to buy, and choose 'Credit or Debit Cards' as my payment option. So far so good. Then, in the next page, I've to write down, not just my card details, but also my billing adress. WHY!?
I just want to use my bankcard to draw money from my bank account directly into bioware's pockets so I can get my BW points. Why do I have to write my billing adress? Are they gonna send me a bill? I'm just using my secured verifiable bankcard, why do they need my billing adress? Can someone who have bought BW points already please explain this to me!!

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe it may have to do with it helping to ensure an additional level security for you (that it really is you using the card), as well as to ensure that certain finance aspects like taxes etc are correctly handled - there are different considerations/rules around what the site needs to present to you depending on which country (or state, for US) you are in, as well as how EA finance needs to record the transaction.
