The Practical Incarnation is a cool guy, leave him alone. Ruthless and brilliant, what's there to not like?

A neccesary sacrifice, we will weep for her later. Besides, she was quite helpful afterwards.

The Practical Incarnation is a villain because everything he did was to further himself. He enslaved Dak'kon and used Morte and Deionarra as tools. He was aware the latter loved him and still had no issues getting her killed just to make navigating the Fortress easier. If that kind of single-minded callousness and ambition doesn't qualify as villain him as a villain, I don't know what does.
More extreme? Well yeah, but TNO can almost reach this level :innocent:Khayness wrote...

His goal was the same as TNO's, but his methods were more extreme. I think of the Practical Incarnation as a morally indifferent person who had understandable motivations to back up his deeds. (Yup, my moral compass must be broken)
