Randall Flagg actually does seem like an interesting character though and the only reason I even got as far as I did in The Stand was because I was interested in him. I might give The Eyes of the Dragon a shot.

Ok, if I have to play it straight (and I'll get accused of being a furry all over again, but to hell with it), I've always had a soft spot for Barbara Ann Minerva - The Cheetah.
Come on... Batman made out with her too, so it's cool...
Dont you know? Batman is a huge furry as well.

As for my favorite villian I gotta pick Irenicus.

That is just too deviant for words... Bats now needs to be in here for levels of animal cruelty that... I'm just lost for words. Arkham's too good for that nutbag! No wonder Killer Kroc spends so much time dodging him - he's probably terrified of being alone in a room with him!

Cool, I may check that out. I like the character but Stephen King's books are way way WAY too long.

He's actually in most of the 7 Dark Tower books. And you can't really have looked into his books too much if you think they're all huge tomes. A good few are no bigger than other books.Busomjack wrote...

I know, I have read Carrie and The Running Man and those were both relatively short and good books. I think most of his books though are overly verbose.

One of my fave vile leaders is Charlton Heston as Cardinal R in The Three Musketeers. He was as cunning as anyone, had Christopher Lee as his killing arm, and was seemingly content that he was completely right in all that he did.
Loghain in DAO is close.

The Joker In the 2008 film The Dark Knight, the Joker is portrayed by Heath Ledger, who told Sarah Lyall of New York Times that he viewed that film's version of the character as a "psychopathic, mass murdering, schizophrenic clown with zero empathy." In this film, he is a crime boss targeting mob banks, whom Gotham's Mafia families reluctantly hire to kill Batman (Christian Bale) after he brazenly offers them his services. It is gradually revealed that he desires to upset social order through crime and he comes to define himself by his battle with Batman.
Norman "Stan" Stansfield (Gary Oldman) Is a drug addicted corrupt DEA agent in the film Léon.

Saren Atrerius is the main villain from the Game Mass effect and the book Mass Effect: Revelation. Saren is voiced by Fred Tatasciore. Saren has little regard for life. He does not see saving lives as a priority unless the Council deems it necessary, or if there is information to be gathered. Saren encountered Sovereign Through the ancient Reaper, he learned the fate of the many civilizations of eons past. Instead of using Sovereign as a weapon, as he had intended, Saren made it his goal to save the races of the galaxy by aiding the Reapers, proving the worth of organics to the Reapers so that they might be spared. He believed that servitude was the logical answer, instead of instinctively fighting to the finish. Sovereign had other plans. The more time Saren spent in service to Sovereign, the more indoctrinated he became. His free will was quickly sapped and supplanted by the desires of the Reaper, and the values of his people that Saren still believed in were twisted so gradually that Saren remained certain he was right. Slowly, Saren became Sovereign's most powerful, and visible, agent. Able to begin the plans Sovereign had been laying for centuries while the Reaper kept its true nature hidden, Saren acted as Sovereign's agent on the forefront, never revealing the true enemy. The geth were sought out from behind the Perseus Veil to serve Sovereign, looking upon the massive ship as their new machine-god and Saren as their 'prophet'.

Hal9000 from 2001: A space odyssey HAL is an artificial intelligence, the sentient on-board computer of the spaceship Discovery. HAL is usually represented only as his television camera "eyes" that can be seen throughout the Discovery spaceship. The voice of HAL 9000 was performed by Canadian actor Douglas Rain. In the book, HAL became operational on 12 January 1997 (1992 in the film) Hal malfunuctions and murders the crew.
GLaDOS from the game Portal. Within one picosecond of activation, GLaDOS becomes self-aware, and two picoseconds later, she locks down the entire facility, trapping all inside, and begins a permanent testing cycle, aiming to beat Black Mesa in the race for the portal technology. She effectively loses this race however, as the Black Mesa Incident occurs mere days later, which in turn diverts all attention from rescuing the trapped Aperture employees. In order to quell the rebelling scientists, GLaDOS floods the Enrichment Center with a deadly neurotoxin. Survivors of this attack subsequently fit GLaDOS with a Morality Core, which lessens her murderous intentions and prevents her from releasing more neurotoxins. GLaDOS's testing continues through the years, and the number of surviving employees dwindle. GLaDOS is voiced by Ellen McLain.

Hannibal Lecter is a fictional character in a series of novels by author Thomas Harris. The character is introduced in the thriller novel Red Dragon (1981) as a psychiatrist and cannibalistic serial killer. The novel and its sequel, The Silence of the Lambs (1988), feature Lecter as one of two primary antagonists. In the third novel, Hannibal (1999), Lecter becomes the main character. His role as protagonist and anti-hero occurs in the fourth novel, Hannibal Rising (2006), which explores his childhood and development into a serial killer. Lecter's character also appears in all five film adaptations The first film, Manhunte, loosely based on Red Dragon, features Brian Cox as Lecter, spelled as "Lecktor". In 2002, a second adaptation of Red Dragon was made under the original title, featuring Anthony Hopkins, who had previously played Lecter in the motion pictures The Silence of the Lambs and Hannibal. Hopkins won an Academy Award for his performance of the character in The Silence of the Lambs in 1991. In 2003, Hannibal Lecter (as portrayed by Hopkins) was voted by The American Film Institute to be the most memorable villain in film history.
Lecter's keeper Frederick Chilton claims that Lecter is a "pure sociopath." Lecter's pathology is explored in greater detail in Hannibal and Hannibal Rising, which explain that he was irreparably traumatized as a child in Lithuania in 1944 when he witnessed the murder and consumption of his beloved younger sister, Mischa, by Lithuanian Hilfswillige. One of the Hilfswillige members also claimed that Lecter unwittingly ate his sister as well.

Darth Vader is a fictional character and the central antagonist in the Star Wars saga, George Lucas' six-film science fiction saga. Vader originally appeared as the Empire's villainous enforcer in the original Star Wars trilogy (Episodes IV, V, VI), and as a tragic figure near the end of Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, the third and final film of the Star Wars prequel trilogy. Lucas, in the audio commentary for Revenge of the Sith, says that he considers both trilogies together to be The Tragedy of Darth Vader.
In the original Star Wars trilogy, Vader is embodied by David Prowse, though Sebastian Shaw portrays the unmasked Vader in Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi. In Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, Vader is played by Hayden Christensen. In the original trilogy and Revenge of the Sith, James Earl Jones provides Vader's voice when he is masked, although Jones was originally uncredited for this role.
In the original trilogy, George Lucas depicts Darth Vader as a fearsome cyborg who acts as the supreme commander of the brutal Galactic Empire and right hand man of Emperor Palpatine (Ian McDiarmid). Throughout the films, Vader oppresses the galaxy and hunts down the members of the Rebel Alliance. In Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi, the series' final chronological installment, Vader redeems himself by killing Palpatine and saving his son, Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill), sacrificing himself in the process.
In the prequel trilogy, Vader is shown as his former self, Anakin Skywalker, a slave boy who eventually becomes a Jedi Knight, and later, a hero in the Clone Wars. Palpatine manipulates Anakin into betraying the Jedi, and Anakin falls to the "dark side" of the mystical Force.
Also what is more evil than Hello kitty Darth Vader?

Scar from the Lion king. Scar is the primary antagonist of The Lion King. He is the younger brother of Mufasa and the uncle of Simba. Scar is jealous of Simba's position as the next king of the Pride Lands, so he plots to kill his brother and nephew, in order to seize the throne. To carry out his plans, Scar recruits three spotted hyenas; Shenzi, Banzai and Ed — who gladly do his bidding in exchange for food. Scar is voiced by Jeremy Irons.

The Alien queen from the 1986 film Aliens. little is known about her. From ALIEN3 we know that a queen alien can be born in the same way as a regular alien. Some things that we do know about the queen: she has a much larger cranium than the usual alien and is slightly taller. The queen has the ability to create and lay eggs (through the use of the extended abdomen) and she has the ability to survive without the extended abdomen (for an unknown amount of time).
