Played 1 complete game thru, on 2nd game with 62 missions completed, never had a crash before now!!!

Playing Survival time trial, about 4 minutes in, so it's time to 'die', but I was gonna go down shooting - so I'm blasting away, Ahern is talking, and I'm dying when -  -  CRASH to desktop, send error message.

Up till now, ME1 has been amazingly problem free for me, only minor audio problems fixed by upping # of channels.

Hopefully it was a 1 time fluke

Did you ever figure out how to fix it? I have the same problem, but it happens every time I do the Survival trial.
