 Hi,
I just completed Mass Effect 2. I wanted to replay it, so I imported a ME2 character and the game started, but it froze after the little video about them rebuilding Shepard, when it said loading at the bottom. The whole 360 froze, so I had to power it off.
        When I restarted, there was no option to import ME2 character and the last save was at the final mission of my first playthrough. AARRRRRGGGHHH. So I replayed it, imported the character again, and it froze in the exact same place. There was no option to save on the first level, where you get joker out. I suspect trying it a third time will yield similar results. 
Any ideas?

To anyone whos interested, it did work on the third time, haha. The import option was there, and it didn't freeze. To anyone having a similar issue, I let my 360 cool down and unplugged then replugged it in. Don't know if that did anything.

Also freezing on that loading screen with a skull near the beginning of the game is quite common on 360.

Clearing the cache usually fixes it. best to clear the cache before starting new games.
