I recently bought ME2 as a physical retail copy. I redeemed my Cerberus network code and downloaded all the DLC.
However, Zaeed doesn't seem to work.

- My terminal does not get an email from The Illusive Man saying I can recruit him
- When on the galaxy map, Omega doesn't show 'Recruit the Veteran'
- When on the Omega and checking the location where he should be, Zaeed is nowhere to be found.

I've already tried a re-install, but to no avail. Who knows how to fix this?
