So I wanted to use one of my Fem sheps as my avatar the process is similar to DA:O right? I registered ME2 but it doesn't show up under my registered Xbox 360 games. Theres nothing wrong with my XBL connection etc I have a few characters saved, will it upload only the most recent ones after registering the game? Although that doesn't really matter since it doesn't show up at all :/

You can't upload your Shepard to this site. You can upload your Warden but you can't upload ME2 characters/stats here.
There is still a way to upload your Femshep though, that is to take a screenshot or picture of it and upload it as a custom avatar.
