I don't know what is going on, I have the PC version of Dragon Age and I can not upload characters nor screenshots.

In the case of screenshots it says that I have the storage full but I have only 523.47 KB of space use and I only have two characters upload but I have more two that i can not delete and I already delete them from some time.

I read the tutorial to delete characters but I don't remember the origin or the profession so I can not really create the same exact character, what should I do?

Try until you get it right, that's the only way.

LOL I see I am going to try that but why is this happen I don't have the storage full so it was suppose do have the rest of my character no?

If you managed to fill your storage with two characters that is quite an achievement. What does your diagnostics page tell you?

I was messing around and I decide do view my online profile by pressing the button inside the game and if I do that my profile diagnostic is complete different.



If I enter with the login on the broswer it appear has the first shot I post, this doesn't make sense.

It seems you have more than one player profile. When you click your profile and then click the little sign over "statistics" that says "click here to view user's other player profiles" you have two numbers.

hum is that even possible? then how can I access the ingame profile because when I go to delete the screenshots or the characters it says I have 0 characters upload in the ingame profile

Unfortunately, I have no idea how or why it is possible. I have seen it before though and that's why I mentioned it. Have you tried switching between the two player profiles here (clicking the other number)? Maybe that way you can access the second storage. However, as I don't know what switching does (I'm guessing the other profile shouldn't exist) or if it has any effect on the account itself, I can't say what the effects will be. You could wait for a Dev's info on this and how to remedy the situation.

Well I installed the game again and the problem seem to be solve although I like to know if there is a away to delete one of the user's profiles.
