Oh? Talent point reward?thesuperdarkone wrote...
you can win the landsmeet and still fight the crowd if you choose the attack option. You get xp, show that cow anora that betrayal doesn't pay, and you get a neat new talent point for yourself
Or does it reward this regardless if you devlove the Landsmeet into a melee or go straight to duel?

As far as I know, the talent/spell point is awarded if you win the vote count, regardless of whether you go for the brawl or not.

1. Explore everywhere in Howe's dungeon. You need to find the templar, a noble's son and a city elf.
2. Lie (or don't you can have her marry Alistair if you're smart about it) to Anora and say you'll support her. I tend to get her to agree to marry Alistair then ignore her.
3. Once done there before going to the elves I go to the tavern, find the templar's sister and the noble's father and ask for their support in the Landsmeet in exchange for helping their loved ones.
4. Yes, talk to Wulf. Say you didn't know his lands had fallen and apologize.
5. In the Landsmeet mention Eamon's poisoning, the slavers and Darkspawn. (If I'm playing a human noble I always mention Howe. I'm weird like that.) Do not mention Alistair, Lohgain or Howe.
The only noble that won't side with you is that pansy ass that always sides with Lohgain.

Also talk to Ignacio (sp) the antivan in the marketplace, he will give you some contracts, do all of them and you get one more vote in the landsmeet.IsabelCortez wrote...
After playing the game 10+ times let me give you the easy ways of getting the Landsmeet won in my opinion.

2. Lie (or don't you can have her marry Alistair if you're smart about it) to Anora and say you'll support her. I tend to get her to agree to marry Alistair then ignore her.

Better not to mention the slavers, first mention the blight is more a threat than Orlais, then tortuturing nobles, then sending Jowan to poison Eamon.

Bringing up the poisoning with Alfstanna to back you up nets +3: Alfstanna +1, Grand Cleric Spitting Hot Coals (as Alistair put it) +2. Just the slaving gives +1. And since both of those are in the same dialog round...
In the end, the minimum to win without devolving into a brawl is 5, and without the huge bonus of the Livid Grand Cleric, you come up short. Slaving is +1, but Hot Coals is +2.
Maybe if you have both Antivan Crow Hiring Noble AND Vaughan?
