Can the retail version of mass effect be installed on more than one computer at the same time?

I believe right now you can install the game as many times as you want on different machines as long as you have a copy of the game that was bought some time after May 9th, 2008.

You can install the game on up to 5 machines. You can also de-authorize a machine with the EA deauth tool, as long as that computer's window installation is wiped. EA Tech Support is also supposed to be able to give you more activations if you run out.
The Steam version does not have that SecuROM DRM and thus has no installation limits. (Though, like any Steam game, Steam will generally prevent you from playing on more than one comp at no time.)
Be warned that the free Bring Down the Sky DLC has its own installation limit and that the revoke tool can't work with it for some reason.
??? Mass Effect PC wasn't even released till the 28th of May 2008.
They've upped the install cap from 3 to 5, but that's the only change that's been made since release that I know of. You can install it an unlimited number of times, yes, but it can only be activated on a limited number of machines.
