I don't know if she comes back if you let her go, but Leliana didn't seem that upset to me about killing her. She felt upset about the fact that part of her enjoyed it, but you can talk her down if you wish.



All I know for sure is that killing her has no negative effects that I've seen, and she's still quite happy.

Wait, are you talking about the bow 'Marjline's bow" or whatever it is? cause If you let her leave it is in a chest in marjorline's room. I think you get the bow either way.
