so, when the site updated to its current layout, I created this account, not realizing I could use my EA account that I made when Burnout Paradise was updated and needed one to play online in that game.  I recently got Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age in the Steam sale and now my Mass Effect 2 saves is on my Burnout Paradise account name and my Dragon Age DDE cd key is on this account because I automatically log in when I came here to redeem that code not realising I could log into my original account.  Is there anything that could be done?

This is the account I wish to merge it with by the way, if that makes any difference.

For box copies you can simply register the key again. Have you tried if that works with Steam keys, too?

If you got any DLC in the deal (and have redeemed it) you will need to contact EA live support and ask them to transfer it to your other account.

I just tried with the Mass Effect 2 keys and it didn't work, I don't expect that it would be any different for Dragon Age. And where is EA support to contact them because I have the Digital Deluxe Edition for Dragon Age.

I actually have the same issue, sorta. My EA account is different than my BioWare account and I'd like them to be the same.

Your BioWare account is a frontend to an EA account identified by whatever e-mail address you used when signing up here. You can have entitlements transferred between your two EA accounts.
