 bought 800 points the money came out of my account, but the points were not added to my account.

I also can't work out how to complain/talk to about it especially as every time i go to contact us at the bottom of the screen keeps getting errors.

Bioware isn't in here.  This is User to User tech discussions about the Game, not about the web site.  Official support is on EA's site.  General information about how PCs work, browser problems, and assorted computer literacy support isn't among the topics intended for coverage. 

There are separate Social Site forums for help with using the web site and for dealing with points, that have not been hidden from easy access.
