When i try to start the toolset under vista i have to confirm it and after that you can see the pc is working on it for about 2 seconds and then nothing.
I tried uninstalling it and restalling but nothing seem to work, and when i open taskmanager it says its runnng but all i can do is close it.

check your logfile, (...Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\Toolset\\logs) and see what errors that has been logged in your last attempt to start it.
