Key give away here is that she is as ugly as sin...proper brown bag jobber. Also lets not forget that the majority of her, 'pictures' are taken in her office during work hours. While she should have been doing some sodding work.

Hard one, really. Out of principle she should be free to dress as she want, within the bank's rules that is, but since other women wear the same kind of clothes they are, but at the same time... Hell I'm not surprised, I wouldn't be able to leave the desk as long as I worked with her. I can't help I'm a man still subject to some primitive physical reactions still holding on to my gens.



The reasonable man in me; allow her to dress like it and stfu. Tell the men to stick it up with tape or something if it can't be hold in check.

The whole concept of "does this person look right" is just shallow. Who cares what she looks like. The good question would be "does she do her job correctly?" If she was fired for how she looks, despite if she looks good or not, then her employer should be fired and she should be getting a fat check from those SOB's.

She is attractive in my opinion, but I have also seen better at my local banks. Whether or not one finds her physically appealing is moot though. That is one of the dumbest, most immature reasons to get fired I have ever read. How were they expecting to *not* get sued over that?

If there's evidence that they really fired her for that reason then she should win the suit. If that's just something she made up because she was fired then she should lose it.

@ Seagloom: You're assuming she's telling the truth in her grievance. People who over estimate their attractiveness also tend to have a shaky grasp of reality in other ways.
