I heard of a Vegas dealer getting fired after like 20 something years for not wearing make up to work one day. This happens a lot, I don't agree with it but then again no one asked me. :)

@ Seagloom: You're assuming she's telling the truth in her grievance. People who over estimate their attractiveness also tend to have a shaky grasp of reality in other ways.

Yup, definitely. You have no idea how often I deal with a person just as you describe in my offline life. :? I realize she could be making the whole thing up. I thought that went without saying, so I wrote under the assumption she is being honest.

I can't, for a minute, believe she would have been fired just for being "too attractive". There has to be another reason, but chances are we may not find out.

Defense attorney: "Your Honour, these accusations are beyond ridiculous. We did not, I repeat did not, fire this woman because she was too attractive. I mean, just look at her. We fired her because she scared away half our clients."

"They ordered her to stop wearing turtlenecks"

This it the first time I heard of a turtleneck being too revealing.

The woman is obviously trolling for publicity. The whole story is probably a load of crap and she was really fired for repeated dress code violations. Since she happens to be scroggable she probably saw an opportunity to spin the story by saying her firing was really due to "aesthetic discrimination" so she can get her 15 minutes of fame, a ghost-written memoir book and maybe her own crappy reality TV show.
Hell, it happened with the Octo-mom, why not the hot banker?

I think it's ironic that she vaguely resembles Kim Kardashian, another hot publicity wh***.

Eh, she's good looking, but not That good looking. Unless she works with the world's horniest men, she filed the lawsuit out of spite and/or she's hoping the court is gullible enough to give her the money.
