bought 800 points the money came out of my bank account, but the points were not added to my account.
I also can't work out how to complain/request help about it it especially as every time i go to 'contact us' at the bottom of the screen keeps getting errors.
Bought poitns and transaction has gone through, but.....

I boght 800 points with my wally card and i paid.
