This game is so inconsistant. This has got to be the dumbest type of combat i've ever seen.

Sometimes it one shots me but other times it doesn't?  *sigh*

No. I was in the vehicle I was even on the elevated terrain and somehow it hit me from behind even though it wasn't even close to me.  

I"m sooo angry at bioware. 

Guys please, is there ANYWAY i canturn on invulnerability mode while driving that vehicle so I don't have to deal with this flawed broken system.

Keep moving and your vehicle is invulnerable.

No it's not, the thresher maw is a random npc.  It will come up at you at random. Not much skill involved if you want to drive around and keep moving.

That's the point. If you don't want to die, don't get hit. Or just drive past it and continue doing whatever you were doing.

There's not very many Maws in the game and the majority of them should be easy to escape once activated should you not want to risk getting taken down. I don't know why it got you in one shot, but if that thing is giving you trouble you should look out when you start having multiple turrets aimed at you at the same time. Those things can take the Mako's shield down fast if you're not careful.

Playing the game on the easiest setting admitting you don't want to actually play the game and just see the story then bash the combat system?  I mean it's not great in ME1 but really... SERIOUSLY?  Are you even reading what you are writing?

Only if you tweak your game in ways it can't be imported (like setting up plot flags what are inconsistent).

Poison Tea needs to learn to play games.

Now anytime a thresher maw is going to try and one shot kill me, all I have to do is do this really fast which actually takes skill.

1. highlight thesher maw
2. open console
3. type killcurrenttarget really fast

Then I can one shot it before it one shots me.

Awesome.  That's victory baby.

Well dude what else am I gonna do? The fight is totally random.  It's totally mother ****ing random.

I HATE loading save games.

Every fight i've been in on foot has been winnable by using strategy.

The thresher maw battle is PURE luck.  If I move and it goes under ground, the dice gets rolled. **** that.

And i'm playing on casual and it one shots me on casual?>... **** THAT!!!!!

I will one shot it before it one shots me. That's fair.

I have beaten it everytime without having to use cheats, all I had to do was work out how it moves and then its easy.

Every fight uses tactics you just need to learn them.

this pretty mutch... if you have trouble on ME1 casual i cant see how your gonna survive the tutorial in ME2 on casual...
