I assume you mean the folders inside the Toolset palette.
What isn't working properly? A B2B export or load? Are you loading back into the same database that already has those objects? A little more information would be helpful

12:41 AM 2010-06-24 also i get this effect like: exgalecave is one area name. when i've loaded the package it's exgalecave_1 instead.

12:53 AM 2010-06-24 i see that my three areas are in the package when i click load builder to builder package and that it is checked in the box but when i press the ok button the third area dissapears.

12:55 AM 2010-06-24 i'm doing all this on the same computer and in the same toolset. unsure if that is the problem.

1:14 AM 2010-06-24 get a bunch of these
E: 11:12:19 - Could not find referenced resource bw-db://.\\BWDATOOLSET/bw_dragonage_content?resrefid=22396 for exgalehideout.are
all the resources are in the package but only about 1/4 get in the new module after loading even though all of them are checked. the imported creatures lacks all their gear.

it had to do with loading the package on the same computer.

Not sure if the above post indicates you've resolved this but the area being loaded with _1 indicates that you already have the resource present in your database.
If you are loading into the same database, it is best to import the backup that comes with the toolset install with REPLACE option and then, importing your b2b export.

Also, make sure the files you are importing are all checked in.
