I have his tactic set as number 1 enemy clustered with at least 2 creatures->quake. He'll stand in the middle of the group, the quake icon will pop up like he's going to do it then he just stands there and won't do anything else until I take control of him and manually use quake. He does everything else correctly and I've already tried reinstalling his DLC. This happen for anyone else?
Shale never does quake

Shale uses quake for me.
Of course, that meant I had to turn it off to avoid having my party get damaged and stunned all the time.
