I have a dream that one day, down in Edmonton, with its vicious moderators, with its social site having its profile diagnostics unable to perform a simple task -- one day right there in Edmonton Bioware developers and Bioware gamers will be able to reset their achievements.

Well it's better than letting it fade into obscurity. We still haven't had a Bioware dev comment on it.

As mentioned by a few people earlier in the thread, the system was designed and modeled after the Xbox live system. You can reset your achievements on your local machine by deleting your profile.dap file located at: \\My Documents\\bioware\\dragon age\\Settings
However, as soon as you log in again the game will automatically sync the achievement list from the server back down to your PC.
The only real way to unlock achievements again would be to create a new Bioware/EA account.

Thanks Jason I really do appreciate you taking the time to reply. The other Bioware people clearly didn't want to. I was hoping there would be some way of doing a reset without having to change Bioware/EA accounts but alas.
I guess we can close this on up now.

Would it be possible to link new Bioware and EA accounts and transfer the ownership of the DLC's to the new accounts? I'd like the delete the achievements from my online account since I didn't earn them myself. If they're maintained online like they are on the pc Id think it would be as simple as deleting the file from the server. Will it ever be Possible to reset the online Achievements or account?

And then of course, the problem is all your DLC wouldn't be tied to the new Bioware/EA account. Not very elegant at all.

The way that for my pc is start DAO go to options uncheck gameplay feedback , upload screenshots , upload charater profile ,
go to Sign in to DAO servers and uncheck always log me in and sign out ,
Then last step is to delete your Profile.dap
and your done , once you redone all your achievements sign back to there servers and upload all the goodies :-).

I recently started playing. When first starting games like this I play what i call a learning run. I did this and then went to make a new character. when looking through the player profile found achievments and found no reset.
