Overlord DLC & The Hammerhead

There have been some questions and concerns regarding needing the Firewalker Pack to play the Overlord DLC. Rest assured you do NOT need it to play through all of the Overlord DLC content. Overlord does feature a sequence in the Hammerhead vehicle, but this is included with the pack and is not dependent on owning the Firewalker Pack.
Now get out there and stop that rogue VI from taking over the galaxy!

Well, since we don't need the Firewalker pack, is there anyway to NOT have the Hammerhead in the Overlord pack?

What Bioware needs to do is add a hidden vehicle; maybe a geth armature/clossus that can only be hacked and ridden if you have Legion in your squad.
Kasumi = Hacked Gunship
Morinth = Dominated Turian Councilor

And yeah, with the amount of immersion/transition shattering ideas that were in the game, I geffaw at Bioware for having the hindsight but screwing up yet again with this mysterious inclusion of a vehicle that you could have easily never seen before...fubar, this is.

It doesn't make sense but ok
For the story yes, it doesn't make sense.
But for technical support it does, you souldn't have to pay for a DLC and play it only if you had another DLC (even if the firewalker pack is free, you are free to not download it).

With all the upgrades available (except for EDI), ARMOR upgrades (research or purchase) for the weak Hammerhead would be nice, something more along the lines of the Mako! The Geth troopers cause MORE damage than the Colossusi do (sigh).MarchWaltz wrote...
Nards, I was hoping this was about a future patch that would make the hammerhead tank into to an actual tank and not scout

I don't like how my Shepard can take more damage than a tank.

Second that. It's the only reason I was reading this thread, hoping for a cure to my hammerhead problem. The rest of Overlord is so Tron meets Lawnmower man, making it awesome, and then there is the rude interupts called hammerhead.JamieCOTC wrote...

Ah, you guys are brilliant and should be advisors for BioWare. Yes, I'm saying that because I completely agree. I'd rather walk around as Shep even across those vast terrains, than have to drive that lame clunker again. Please, BioWare, make it go away, or optional at least.Dsurian wrote...

Hmm....seem to be in the minority here. Don't mind the Hammerhead or Mako at all. In fact, I wish they'd come up with a way to combine scanning from ME 2 and planet exploration from ME1.
I second that. I LOVED the Hammerhead-- the only problem was how weak it was; if they boosted the Health a bit, and added ME:1 Plants to explore, it could be awesome.
Hmm, or even an Audiosurf kind of mini game
