I bought Mass Effect, but I can't run it properly. I generally get 10-15
fps. I was wondering if there is a config to boost it somewhere, or
what settings I could change to get the best proformace. Anyone know?

Umm Gorath Alpha, I wouldn't call it a dupe. I'm asking about another game, and for a configuration to boost fps on ME1.
