Very very weird issue, anyone else got this?

Most obvious thing I can see is to update your video drivers, the latest is Catalyst 10.6 and can be found at the ATi site. Yours are not only 3 months old (which I KNOW there has been some Windows 7 issues resolved since), but they are a Preview driver, which doesn't make things any better.
