Greetings,

I took a break from playing DA until the expansion came out and now my BioWare account will not allow me to access my DLC.  It keeps saying that I need to log in with the same account that purchased the DLC.  I have not changed my account.  I only have one account.  My account lists that I have awards only available if I own the DLC.

I'm not sure what system/coding was done to setup the DLC, but my GF's game took months of emails and hassle to get her purchased DLC working (and we did everything right according to Steam & BioWare), but we didn't even get a "sorry. we fixed it" email.

I'm sorry that I sound pissy, but this DLC system shouldn't be so outlandish to use.

And now I can't apparently even load my saved games. I have made sure that my login works, I have set it up to auto login, and I have restarted the program to make sure that there isn't a problem with the auto loading.



I tell everyone I know that BioWare makes the best games, but after all this money poured into a game that can't even run basic stuff correctly has me ready to warn many people away. :-(
