I reinstalled dragon age clean slate with even the saves gone and I still get the utility crashing on me, what am I doing wrong?  How do I fix this?

Windows home premium 64 bit
Intel core 2 duo 2.20 ghz
Nvidia GT 230M
4 Gb ddr3 ram
