But now, i've started a second time, with a mage, specializing in destructive spells. It is ridiculous how easy the game is, even on a Nightmare difficulty. All monsters just go down in seconds. AoE damage spells are supposed to be balanced by the fact that they hit allies too, but anyone with half of brain can just position your party the way that you can place a fireball (for example) so that it hits only monsters (just with the outer radius of the AoE). Add here that you can also crowd-control, help your main healer and so on. The ideal party is basically a tank and three mages. Such a party would just breeze through the game on Nightmare without any stops. Ridiculous.
Apart from that, and the fact that dungeons are just TOO long (seriously, i've never seen so long dungeons in an RPG before. I understand that this kinda makes the game "longer", but i dont think it's the best way. After 20 identical battles you just get bored) the game is great.
